Are you a tree hugger?  Being around nature is balancing and cleansing to your aura, that’s why tree-hugging is a healthy habit!  Time in a forest has been proven to decrease stress, heart rate, blood pressure, anxiety, and depression while increasing the immune system, concentration, and joy.

Just like humans, each tree has its own unique frequency.  Because of this, different trees can be hugged for different effects.  Sitting in or under a willow tree is known to alleviate headaches.  Pine trees have a cleansing effect because they absorb negative emotions from the auric field.  Hearty trees such as the oak or banyan help to ground and strengthen us.  What’s your favorite kind of tree and how does it make you feel?
