Alternate Nostril Breathing is a meditative pranayama that enables us to use our breath in a way that can calm the mind, relax the nervous system, and balance both sides of the brain.  Today’s video demonstrates how to do this powerful breathing exercise.  I do this meditation every morning for about 5 minutes and it really helps me to stay focused, calm, and balanced.
