Sound is a powerful force because it is the movement of energy vibrations and vibrations are the root of all creation. Every cell in our body has its own vibration and sound healing has the ability to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells. It’s also known to induce a profound state of relaxation and facilitate brain wave synchronization.

This particular crystal singing bowl is my absolute favorite. While giving a client an energetic tune-up I experienced with some funky LED light options which resulted in some groovy colors. Which color soothes you the most? Where in your body do you feel the sound the most?
