Our 3rd eye is located between our eyebrows and serves as the energy center of our intuition, imagination, and visualization. A balanced and open 3rd eye allows us to see all possibilities and experience our world in a more holistic and expansive way. Consistently devoting a part of our day to meditation helps us to calm the mind so we can access deeper levels of ourselves with clarity. From this space of stillness and receptivity, we are able to allow our inner light and wisdom to guide the way as we intuitively follow the highest path of our soul.
