I'm enjoying a summer solstice sound bath with a few of my sonic soulmates. This winter solstice I adopted my first crystal singing bowl and it was love at first strike. In celebration of today's summer solstice, I adopted two more! Twins! They all play so beautifully together in a soul-soothing harmony.
What I love most about using crystal bowls during my healing sessions is the way the powerful sounds permeate and the soul to activate self-healing. What sounds make your heart sing?
