When two vibrations come in contact with one another, the lower vibration will rise or synch up to the higher vibration. This is how crystal healing and sound healing work. Using perfectly tuned crystals and sound healing tools vibrating at high levels can raise our vibration, helping to restore our balance and vitality.
We want our crystals to be at their most perfect and stable vibration before using them for healing. The vibration of a stone will slow a bit after use, but sound vibrations restore the vibration of the stone so that it goes back to its dominant rate. That’s why I give all of my crystals a gong bath before adding them to my shop or using them in energy healing sessions.
